Coconuts and Smartphones

I took this shot with my iPhone 6s Plus. It shows coconuts in our garden in Khon Kaen, Thailand.

Good to have it, mustn’t buy it.

Coconuts are known for their versatility of uses (in the Malay language, it is pokok seribu guna, “the tree of a thousand uses”), ranging from food to cosmetics. I prefer to just dring the milk and eat the flesh.

Coconut palms are grown in more than 90 countries and territories of the world. Most of the world production is in tropical Asia, with Indonesia, the Philippines, and India collectively accounting for over 72% of the world total.

In some way coconuts are like smartphones which are also near to a thousand use cases, with apps.

Did you know that Apple owns the trademark
