Never ever before Apple offered more iPhone models than in 2017. The lineup consists of eight iPhone models (SE, 6s, 6s Plus, 7, 7 Plus, 8, 8 Plus, X), sporting screens in four sizes (4”, 4.7”, 5.5”, 5.8”) and offering 32, 64, 128 or 256 gigabytes of storage.
With so many choices, deciding which one is right for you can be a daunting task. Here’s a little guide to help you choosing the right model. It summarizes the iPhone options as of December 2017.
Criteria for a purchase decision can be …
• Screen Size
• Storage Capacity
If you use an iPhone …
• for more than just managing mails, bank accounts, and social media it’s recommended not to purchase models with 32 GB. Keep in mind that the iPhone’s memory cannot be expanded internally.
• as your Post-PC device it’s recommended to purchase models with screen sizes greater than 5” and 128 GB.
But don’t feel sad,
if you don’t have an iPhone,
well, you don’t have an iPhone.
This catchphrase of iPhone commercials in 2011 doesn’t give an answer to your problem but lots of competitors do it with more or less smart phones which are much cheaper than an iThing although they also give you technology on a high level.
