So get back to business as usual.
When it comes to processors there’s much more to say. Not only that with iOS 11 lots of apps will be kicked off from the App Store.
Computers (your smartphone is one) only have 0 and 1 to represent information. Each one is a “Bit.” That means for 1-Bit computing, you get two possible values (Yes/No or On/Off or Apple/Samsung or Love you/Don’t love you). 2-Bit means four values, 3-Bit will double it to eight, 32-Bit means 4,294,967,296 values and 64-bit (or 2 to the 64th power) is worth 18,446,744,073,709,551,616 values. This is a different math from that in my headline.
The first ever designed 64-Bit smartphone was Apple’s iPhone 5S released in 2013 which used the A7 ARMv8-A-based system-on-a-chip designed by Apple and manufactured by Samsung.
Advantages of 64-Bit architecture …
• it’s faster
64-bit processors are to 32-bit processors what the automobile is to the horse-drawn buggy
• it can address more than 4 GB Ram
a badly needed step not only for the iPad Pro but also next iterations of the iPhone to improve multitasking, Augmented Reality, Artificial Intelligence, and more
